This week was pretty slow as far as big headline go for the NFL. There was not any ground breaking upsets. However, the injury bug continues to plague the NFL’s greatest stars, as Seattle cornerback Richard Sherman went down in the Thursday night game with an Achilles injury.

Seattle and Arizona kicked off week 10 on Thursday night with the Seahawks winning 22-16. The once powerhouse, downhill running style Seattle Seahawks are now winning games behind the right arm of quarterback Russel Wilson. The Seahawks advance to 6-3.

The Saints absolutely trounced the Bills 47-10. It was again a change from the normal identity of a team, however. The Saints, who used to win games by airing the ball out and having Drew Brees throw for 350 yards a game, won with a dominating rushing attack. The Saints have won 7 straight.

The Browns looked as though they might get their first win of the season as the were up on the Lions early. But as they usually do, the Browns lost it in the late stages of the game to remain the only winless team in the league.

The Packers snapped their losing streak without Rodgers in control, as Brett Hundley lead the team to a 23-16 victory over the Bears. The remaining schedule for the packers is the Ravens, Steelers, Browns and Bucs. So look for them to be in the hunt when Rodgers comes back in week 15.

The Vikings seemed to have the game in hand by halftime, but Kirk Cousins got the Redskins back into the game in the second half. The Vikings won by 14, but now have a quarterback controversy on their hands as Teddy Bridgewater is back and cleared to play.

The Rams continued their dominance Sunday, as they ran over the Texans 33-7. Jared Goff and the Rams offense have the highest scoring offense in the league as of now. The Vikings and Rams will square off Sunday in a battle of 7-2 teams.

The 49ers got their first win over a very weak Giants team. Both teams are now 1-8 and many people are calling for Giants head coach Ben McAdoo’s job.
