Barke’s Box Office Report

In its debut week, Abominable won the box office with $20.1 million. Judy made a smaller splash due to showing only at a select 461 theaters but still managed to earn $3.1 million.

Here is last week’s breakdown.

• Abominable, 20.1 million in its opening weekend
• Downton Abbey, 14.5 million. Up to 58 million in its second week
• Hustlers, Up to 80.6 million in its third week due to an 11.5 million intake this past box office week
• It: Chapter 2 sees an increase of 10.4 million in its fourth week, bringing the Stephen King horror movie to a total of 33.2 million
• Ad Astra sees an add-on of 10.1 million to move it to a total of 35.5 million in its second week
• Rambo: Last Blood is up 2 million to move total intake to 33.2 million in its second week
• Judy accumulates 3.1 million in its opening weekend, a sum that was accumulated through only 461 theaters
• Good Boys earns 2 million, moving it up to 80.4 million in its seventh week
• The Lion King grabs another 1.6 million, moving it to 540 million in its 11th week
• Angel Has Fallen sees 1.5 million, pushing it up to 67.2 million in its 6th week.
