Just about every Twitter user knows that Ted Cruz liked a porn tweet around midnight on September 11.

Cruz’s response to liking this tweet was that it was a staff member, not him, that did this.

Most people, including me, don’t really care who actually liked it or not, we just find it hilarious that it happened.

Some people are saying that this is ‘the most relatable and human thing Ted Cruz has ever done.’

Others have posted a gif/meme with a caption about them seeing he liked the tweet, or how he’s feeling right now.

I looked through these and couldn’t help but laugh at them. There wasn’t a single tweet that I saw that was talking about his political stances, or was users getting in arguments between each other.

The account that Cruz apparently liked the porn on even tweeted at him, thanking him for the like.

Aside from that tweet, the other one that I found humorous was that Cruz’s old college roomate, Craig Mazin, got in on this too.

He said that if Cruz was saying that people don’t have a right to ‘stimulate their genitals,’ it was a new belief of his.

Odds are that this wasn’t the first time that Cruz had seen porn, just the first time that he (or his alleged staff member) accidentally liked what he saw.

I agree that it’s just a humanlike thing that he did, and not something that is really that big of a deal. It’s funny, and I’m glad that the Twitter community saw that as a whole, instead of arguing against each other as per-usual.
