Finals are here. We hate it, but just think, after this we get to spend some time doing nothing and then Christmas comes along. Christmas can be both a stressful yet joyful time of year, and as college students, we take that joyfully stressful time with a smile, because it’s not as bad as finals. Now you just have to get a list out to your family of what you want, but what do you want? Well, hopefully I can shed some light on that issue.
Money. Sometimes the simplest thing is the best thing. You can use money to buy something yourself instead of trying to rely on family that sometimes get the wrong thing. Or use it for groceries for next semester.
Printer Ink. If you write a lot, and have to print a lot, then you may have a printer. If you have a printer, than you know how expensive printer ink can be.
Books. And I don’t mean just any books, unless you do like to read for pleasure, but what I mean is books for your classes next semester. Some classes have book list up and ready, and with that you can ask for those books now and not have to deal with getting them before classes start.
Flash Drives. We carry tons of information for school around with us, and sometimes our old flash drives get too full or break, so a replacement is well needed.
Laptop. You don’t already have a computer, get one. Laptop computers are preferred because you can bring them to class and take notes, research, and do other things (*cough* facebook *cough*).
Bag of Quarters. This has got to be one of the best gifts for a student living on campus. It’s perfect for laundry, or those nights where you need a midnight snack from one of the vending machines.
