During my years at college, I may or may not have gotten extremely lazy. After I’m done with classes and work every day, all I really want to do is put some sweatpants on and call it a night.
Because I never have the motivation to make a meal when I get home, I have recently become obsessed with my crockpot. Ok, well it’s my mom’s crockpot. Life of a college student, right? Anyways, crockpot meals are the perfect thing for busy people who want a good meal without a lot of work. I recently tried out this recipe and it was to DIE for.
Crockpot Italian Chicken
4 chicken breasts
1 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 Tbs. garlic powder
1 package of pasta (I used fettuccine)
Place all ingredients except noodles in the bottom of a crockpot and cook on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick, add a little milk. Add pasta to chicken and toss.
